You are not purchasing goods for resale without our prior written consent

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on the Website are accurate. However:

Colours and finishes may vary slightly from images due to screen display settings and photographic lighting

Product specifications (dimensions, wattage, fittings) are provided by our supplier and are subject to change without notice

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any product listing at any time without liability

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal & through credit card. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or our nominated payment gateway. We do not store your full payment card details.

If a pricing error occurs on the Website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

An order placed through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase goods on these Terms. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where:

If we decline your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund within 15 business days.

Our products are fulfilled by a third-party supplier located outside Australia ("Supplier"). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Delivery is handled by the Supplier and is subject to the Supplier's fulfilment timelines

Estimated delivery times are 7–21 business days depending on your location and are not guaranteed

We are not liable for delays caused by the Supplier, customs authorities, or international carriers

Title and risk in the goods pass to you upon dispatch from the Supplier's facility

Customs and Import Duties: Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by your country's authorities. These charges are your responsibility. We have no control over and cannot predict the amount of such charges. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
